Do you have registration numbers?
When will I receive my test result / certificate?
Quick Tests:
With a quick test you will receive the results within 15 to 20 minutes on a recognized (travel) certificate. As soon as the results are known, you will receive the certificate printed in an envelope and/or digitally as a PDF document in your e-mail.
PCR tests:
- Nasal and Throat Swab: Tested before 11:30 = result the same day. After 11:30, results next day (24 hours)
- Saliva / Saliva: Tested before 11:30 = result the same day. After 11:30, results next day (24 hours)
- High Priority: Result within 1 – 2 hours
As soon as the results are known, you will receive the travel certificate digitally as a PDF document in your e-mail.

By whom is the test performed?
The test is performed by licensed healthcare professionals and/or nurses under the supervision of a BIG registered physician. The healthcare professionals are all competent and involved.

What is the difference between an Antigen Rapid Test and a PCR Test?
Antigen
An antigen test shows the presence of virus proteins (antigens). In this case the virus proteins of Covid-19 or the SARS-CoV-2 virus. This antigen test is a suitable test for those who suspect a recent Corona infection. These specific proteins of the SARS-CoV-2 virus are searched for by taking a nasal swab or saliva.
PCR test
The PCR test (polymerase chain reaction test) is a gold standard for detecting SARS-CoV-2 (the coronavirus that causes COVID-19). A PCR test analyzes genetic material (DNA/RNA) of the virus. The collected material is analyzed in a laboratory.
Are the tests you use reliable?
Team Corona Preventief works exclusively with CE European and RIVM validated rapid tests. Team Corona Preventief works together with RIVM & ISO certified laboratories.

Appointments can be canceled no later than 12 hours prior to the appointment.
Do you want to cancel and have you made a payment? Then you will receive your money back within 7 days. (we will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction).
Is the PCR Saliva Test Reliable?
The PCR Saliva test is approved by the RIVM. Analyzing a PCR Saliva test is the same as with the regular PCR test. Team Corona Preventief works together with Brightlabs. This is a RIVM & ISO certified laboratory.
Important! For the correct test when traveling abroad, you should check yourself whether a country accepts the PCR Saliva test. This can be checked by us if necessary, but it remains your own risk. Travel advice and regulations regarding the type of test required for travel change regularly.
Do I have to bring my ID card or passport?
Yes, you must identify yourself for the purchase. This will verify you and your data will also be checked for your (travel) certificate. The check is done to prevent errors in the certificate and misery while traveling.
What rules apply when traveling to other countries?
You can find travel advice per country on the website of the Dutch government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

I am traveling to Japan, can you help me further?

You will receive a special travel certificate. The travel certificate (in English) is approved by the Embassy of Japan and meets all requirements set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan.

How long is my test valid for?
Team Corona Preventief does not set an expiration date on your test. The country you are traveling to determines how old a test may be.

What happens with my data?
We need a number of data to be able to carry out our services. The data is stored on secure servers that meet the requirements set for us in the context of the GDPR. We act in accordance with the GDPR and positive results are sent via secure email to the local GGD. Furthermore, your data will not be shared with third parties.
